This project was born as part of a work for the Digital Design Diploma of UNEWEB, Institute of New Technologies in Caracas, Venezuela. The objective was to create an instructional video that would facilitate the patients' experience within the platform. To achieve this, I first established the main topics of the video based on the client's needs. Then, I defined the service to be highlighted and the secondary ones.
I developed a Storyboard to visualize the structure of the video and created a script that I adjusted according to the narration and animation times. I recorded the walkthrough inside the website, capturing every step of the process. Afterwards, I designed the presentation and farewell of the tutorial, ensuring a clear introduction and a concise closing.
The video editing required integrating graphics, animations and voice-over. I used programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, Blender 3D and Camtasia to produce dynamic and engaging content. I adjusted effects, layers and transitions to ensure a smooth experience. In addition, I worked with 3D animation to give it more visual impact.
The Agenta tu Cita tutorial begins by explaining what tumedico.com.ve is and its purpose: to be the most complete medical directory in Venezuela. It then details the three essential steps to schedule an appointment: find the medical specialty, select the subspecialty and location, and choose a doctor to schedule the consultation. It also emphasizes the importance of registering on the platform to complete the process.
At the end, the video invites users to explore other sections of the site, such as the ABCs of health, the free digital magazine and the pharmacological guide. The narration reinforces the message that tumedico.com.ve is an effective tool to manage health in an organized and accessible way.
