Tumedico Homepage

In 2014, I redesigned Tumedico's homepage with a focus on accessibility, content organization and a more modern look and feel.

Tumedico is a comprehensive online health platform. Its objective is to facilitate the interaction between patients and doctors in Latin America.

The main challenge was to improve the navigation of a website with multiple sections. Users needed quick and easy access to key functions such as login, medical news, the magazine catalog, the medical appointments agenda, the vademecum and the ABC of health, a glossary of medical terms. Priority was also given to the visibility of the agenda of medical events, which included congresses and conferences both in Venezuela and internationally.

In addition, banner ads were a key part of the site. They represented the main source of revenue for the company, so they had to be well integrated without affecting the user experience. I managed to distribute these elements strategically within the design, ensuring a smooth navigation without unnecessary distractions.

To achieve a modern and functional design, I used the principles of Material Design, a popular trend in 2014. This choice allowed me to develop a clean, structured and visually appealing interface. Each section was organized logically, facilitating the search for medical information and access to the services offered by the platform

The redesign of Tumedico's homepage also improved usability on mobile devices. By applying a responsive approach, the website adapted to different screen sizes, providing a consistent experience on computers, smartphones and tablets. This was key to ensuring that users could schedule medical appointments, consult information or read news at any time and from any device.

Tumedico seeks to improve the quality of life of its users. Its platform offers efficient access to medical information, specialists and health tools. With this redesign, I managed to optimize its operation and improve the browsing experience for thousands of people.
